Can your system help me track case management?

Unfortunately, the Community Check Box was not designed for case management and is not HIPAA/FERPA compliant. The Community Check Box Evaluation System is a specialized system for tracking collaborative community-level efforts, accomplishments, and indicators.

If you need to track individual-level data for case management, the Community Check Box may not be the best fit.
